For 24-year-old Annie Le, Cantor Sandra Sherry says Temple Beth El in Huntington would like to create a private memorial service reported by the Associated Press. At the same place, Annie Le planned to marry Jonathan Widawsky last Sunday.
The Widawskys said for a while to make things easier for the synagogue, they would avoid services. A funeral service has yet to be planned. According to Associated Press news, a memorial service is planned between the two holidays, and the holiday period begins with Rosh Hashana and ends September 28 with Yom Kippur.
