In Xinjiang of China, temperature there dropped to minus 42 degrees centigrade on Wednesday January 20 and it was the worst snow in 60 years. The National Metrological Center declared that a new frosty border is going to attack central and eastern of China along with strong winds, temperature drops and snow. In the Altay region in Xinjiang Uygur, two wagons were trapped which carried sick women.

For the missing wagons, local firemen are trying to look out after learning the situation. Many of the people are trapped due to heavy frosty. For helping the people who suffered from heavy frosty, China’s central government allocated 124 million Yuan in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia.

From this Yuan, 50% of the Yuan are used for residents, provision of basic living necessities and reconstruction of their battered homes. And other 50% amount for the farmers and herdsmen restore production.

Various places of china are covered with snow; you can say that china covered the blanket of fog. It causes difficulties like delay in cancellation of 122 flights from into the city. From 2:20 pm to 6:30 pm on Monday, the Urumqi International Airport was closed due to heavy snow. The central government of china are trying to help people by providing them food and water. People of china are facing many problems due to snow. In some areas of Xinjiang, the Internet connection and mobile phone text messaging services were cut.

They are not able to come out from their home. You can say this; it is the coldest day of the whole year of 2010. To the hit area of Altay Prefecture and Tacheng, the region’s health bureau has send ten groups of medical experts for the treatment of people. For the injury of the people which caused by the cold, the health experts are helping to conduct emergency operations.
