On 5th March Friday 2010, Melinda Dennehy was turned herself in to Londonderry police and later she released on $10,000 bond. She was caught on counts of indecent exposure for sending a nude photograph of herself and a meaningful text messages to a 15-year-old student of Londonderry High School. Melinda Dennehy is a 41 years old English teacher at New Hampshire high school, a public secondary school located in the town of Londonderry, New Hampshire. Melinda Dennehy Felony Case Updates

Melinda Dennehy was charged with one felony count of indecent exposure. There will be chances of more charges coming and she would lose her job. She is a mother of two children.

Police say that Melinda Dennehy sent four sexy shots of herself to a 15-year-old male student who seems it thought that was pretty nifty and forwarded images to his friends. After other staff discovered that obnoxious photos were circulated in the school, were later tracked by the police. Now, the photos are in polices hand.

The teen student told to police that Melinda Dennehy had “continuously sent him text messages,” some of which were sexually explicit. He also claimed that she “kissed him twice on two separate occasions” in a classroom at school.

The pictures were sent two months ago, according to police documents. The investigators obtained a copy of one of the photos that identified by the co-workers. The Londonderry School Superintendent Nathan S. Greenberg said “On Wednesday, when information about the photographs surfaced, Melinda Dennehy was placed on paid administrative leave, triggering a separate investigation by the school department”

Greenberg said of Dennehy’s previous career that “I believe she was in human relations,”. Melinda Dennehy has been a Londonderry teacher since 2007 which is her first job as a teacher after deciding to switch careers. He also said “We will conduct our own investigation and we will take any action deemed warranted by our findings,” and added “as always the safety and well being of out students and the children of our community will be given our highest priority,”
