Nowadays, social networking is become a big craze among people. Everyone wants to become a part of the race of either the iPhone or social networks. There are many social networking websites such as Friendster, Hi-5, MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Recently, Google+ is the new social networking website of Google and getting an awesome response from the internet users. After that, news is leaked that Microsoft is also running a secret project on Social Networking.

Now the leaked splash page has been taken down with a message that this page was mistakenly published to the web. When the domain news blog Fusible’s editor was searching the Social.com holder, Socl.com was revealed.

As per the description on the splash page, Socl.com contains a service, “Tulalip” that allows users to find and share as per their choice or requirement in an easier way. Tulalip is planned as a social search characteristic from Microsoft. It is also believed that social search characteristic, Tulalip has been incorporated with Twitter and Facebook. It is expected that Tulalip works as the URL shortener for “social”. But Microsoft has not disclosed anything about this service.

Socl.com name was obtained by Microsoft last year, as per Internet records. It is expected that Microsoft is extending into Microsoft strongholds such as browsers, office applications and operating systems via cloud-centric offerings like Chrome, Android, and Google Apps.
