The Vision @ West Coast will be launched by the Hong Kong developer this weekend. The plan of the Vision @ West Coast is not to liberate more than 100 units in the 99-year leasehold project and the price of this will be ranged from $1,000-$1,200 per sq ft (psf). 281 apartments and 14 strata terrace units are included in the Vision. There are two towers in the apartment one with 33 levels and the other with 32. There are two, three and four bedroom units available which range from 818-1,604 sq ft. There are also two penthouses, and a four-bedder that costs nearly $1.9 million.

The construction cost is ‘high due to the quality finishes and high-end fittings used,’ according to the developer.

The positive factor in the Vision is that it is situated across the road from West Coast Park and about 70% of units can enjoy unblocked sea views. Cheung Kong sales manager Cannas Ho told that the project will be the tallest residential development in the area.
“Normally for developers who are aiming at the investors market, they tend to make the unit smaller. In this case, these units are a bit larger than the usual sizes, so that may pose a problem for some investors. Investors generally tend to prefer smaller projects, because they feel that it is easier to flip over.”
