SKODA Octavia

The 2013 Skoda Octavia is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited cars in India, and now the company has officially confirmed that its next-gen Octavia sedan will hit the Indian showrooms on 3rd of October 2013. Expected to replace the current Laura-badged model, the new Octavia is said to have better features, bigger cabin space, and more powerful engines. It will come in three trim levels – Active (base model), Ambition (mid model) and Elegance (top model). Plus, the car will offer three engine options: 1.4 litre TSI Turbo Petrol, 1.8 TSi Turbo Petrol, and 2.0 TDi Turbo Diesel.

Jeep Wrangler

Chrysler Group LLC’s Jeep, a popular American automobile manufacturer, is going to gift one of its best SUVs to the Indian auto market very soon. Called Jeep Wrangler, it is a compact SUV with great off-road capabilities. It’s a power-packed vehicle with extraordinarily robust design and mechanics. It will be made available in both 2-door and 4-door versions. And one of the most impressive features of this SUV is that it will feature removable doors and top roof. Other exciting features included in Wrangler are: famous seven slot front radiator grille, bolted door hinges, automatic round halogen headlamps, and 17-and 18-inch 5-spoke sparkle silver painted aluminum alloy wheels. Moreover, it has a large wheelbase of 2423mm which ensures stable ride, and a great ground clearance of 224mm which guarantees a bump free off-road ride.

Datsun GO hatchback is also one of the most-awaited cars in the Indian market. The all new GO hatchback is the first ever Datsun car that will be made available for the Indian customers. It’s purely an entry-level car and will compete with popular Maruti Suzuki Alto and the Hyundai Eon. Datsun’s first car for Indian auto market will be a five door hatchback with super stylish exterior and spacious interior. Advanced features like chrome surrounded hexagonal honeycomb front grille, stylish bonnet, tinted glass, great headlight & tail light, and nice rear indicators, will further enhance look of the vehicle.

The Datsun Go Plus is basically an MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) version of the Go Hatchback. It is highly expected to go on sale in India, early next year. Datsun Go Plus is a superb 5-door, 5+2 passengers, MPV with stylish exteriors and equally impressive interiors. The overall design of the Datsun Go Plus is almost similar to the Datsun Go hatchback. In fact, the MPV has the same wheelbase as its sibling (i.e. GO Hatchback). However, 210mm has been added to Go Plus so as to provide room for 2 more passengers. And if a traveler wants, he/she can remove the last two seats and turn the car into a spacious five-seater!

Go Plus’s interior is also almost similar to that of Go hatchback, but the traditional AM/FM radio has been replaced with the dedicated smartphone integration in MPV version. Maruti XA Alpha

The XA Alpha concept was first introduced in India at the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo held in the month of January. According to latest reports, Maruti Suzuki is all set to bring its first ever crossover SUV in Indian auto market very soon. The ‘X’ in the name of the car represents the crossover; ‘A’ indicates that it is an entry level car whereas ‘Alpha’ represents trendiness. One of the striking features of this new compact SUV is its appearance, which is purely centered on a monocoque frame. With unique bonnet lines and a sturdy appealing five apex grille, the exterior of the XA Alpha model seems to be quite impressive.

XA Alpha’s design is based on hugely popular Swift car, which is known for its roomy and comfortable interiors.
