Two persons named as Martin and Paul have created the Zap News App and they told that the idea for their own news app was stolen by CNN. Both Martin and Paul demanded CNN to remove the app from the iTunes App Store and issue a public admission of guilt to them as well as gave the massages and $100,000 to them. On October 8th 2009, Martin and Paul had sent a fax for the demand of removing app from the app store to CNN. The information of the Zap News App on the Face book provided by Martin and Paul is as follows:

October 8: “We have contacted CNN to inform them that they stole our idea. We assume they already know, but we want them to know that we know that they know“.

October 12: “Keep ignoring us CNN and we’ll keep making slanderous videos”.

October 18: “The phone rang today but we didn’t get to it in time. We are pretty sure it was CNN calling to apologize. The caller ID said it was a blocked number“.
