New Zealand Rugby World Cup 2011 will be seventh Rugby world cup. Get the 2010 Rugby world cup match schedule and tickets information. New Zealand Rugby world cup will be started from Friday 9 September to Sunday 23 October, 2011 in New Zealand. And the opening match will be played between hosts New Zealand and Tonga.

The first New Zealand Rugby world was began from 17 November, 2005 New Zealand. It is the largest global sporting event in 2011. The event is scheduled to be played over seven weekends. In this event 48 matches are scheduled across 13 venues in 13 cities: Auckland, North Shore (Auckland), Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, New Plymouth, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill. The last quarter final matches scheduled have also been confirmed. Wellington will host Quarter-final 1 (winner Pool C versus runner-up Pool D) and Quarter-final 3 (winner Pool D versus runner-up Pool C) while Christchurch will host Quarter-final 2 (winner Pool B versus runner-up Pool A) and Quarter-final 4 (winner Pool A versus runner-up Pool B). Auckland will host both semi-finals. And the final match will be played on Sunday October 23 at Eden Park.

New Zealand Rugby World Cup 2011 ticket will go on sale to the global public in three sales phases starting in April 2010. Rugby world Cup 2010 will provide New Zealanders and the global Rugby family with an aggressive ticketing structure comparable with other world class events. The Ticket will start at NZD $15 for children at many of the Pool matches and NZD $30 for adults. Children’s ticket price will be available for all Pool matches and the Bronze Final. And the final match Ticket price will start at NZD $390, with the top category of ticket priced at NZ$1250, prices that are comparable with major international sporting events. There will be at least one match at every venue which a family of four can enjoy for between NZD $90 and NZD $120 plus booking fees.

How to buy ticket?

You can buy ticket via Application : The first Public Sales Phase will commence in April 2010. During Phase 1, fans may Purchase a Venue Pool Pack or Team Pool Pack via application. Fans who apply for a Venue Pool Pack or Team Pool Pack may also apply for a Quarter-final Weekend Pack and/or the Bronze Final in their Phase 1 application. Extra details on how to apply for tickets will be presented as part of the Official Ticket Sales Launch in 2010. Packs and tickets will be limited per match, per venue and will therefore be subject to availability. You can pay the ticket payment via MasterCard.

Semi-finals and Final Ballot : Fans who apply for tickets in Phase 1 or Phase 2 may choose to enter a ballot for the option to purchase tickets for the semi-finals and/or the Final. Each ticket applied for in Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 will earn one entry into the ballot.
