The shocking news surfaced in the football world last Friday night. The University of Oregon player LeGarrette Blount was punching opposite Boise state’s team player Byron Hout after the game at Bronco Stadium. And LeGarrette was suspended from the team for the remainder of this season.
Blount throw a punch at his teammate, the security and police officers tried to control him and try to get at some fans who were taunting him on the way to the locker room. His team coach even suspended him earlier this summer for his behavioral issues. His punch to Boise State’s Byron Hout will be written in sporting history with worst description.
Boise State replayed the punch on their huge screen in the end-zone multiple times. Oregon University president Richard Lariviere told Blount’s behavior is “reprehensible.” The Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott was also attending the game and saw the LeGarrette’s punch.
