The Wiimbledon 2009 tournament event will started on Saturday, June 27th 2009 in Barcade at Brooklyn, New York. It is a Wii Sports Tennis tournament charity with the aim of raising money for sick hospitalized kids. All the money earned from this event will be denoted to Penny Arcade’s Child’s Play Charity. They are hoping that this year they will try to raise enough money to give child’s play and it would be the largest sum than ever before. They have asked hundreds of technology companies to give them all manner of prizes which they will be auctioning off at the event.
The person who wants to have fun, drink beer, combine party and play some Wii Sports Tennis for a good, so this is best event for them. Wiimbledon is free to all the persons who want to watch it but the person has to pay for playing. The entrance fee is a petty $3.99 for those people who are interested to play in this tournament.
Barcade is the host of the event. If any person is unable to make the event at New York then he can directly donate to Child’s Play through their Paypal Accont. All products kept for auction or as prizes would not have been possible without the generous donations of the following companies. CrunchGear and Wiimbledon are thankful to all these companies which gave their support and help otherwise it would be difficult to make this huge event.
