Eligibility: This contest is only for legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age. Employees of Electrolux Home Care Products, Inc., L.C. Williams & Associates, or other companies associated with the Contest, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter.
Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Electrolux Home Care Products, Inc. 807 North Main Street, Bloomington, IL 61701 (“Sponsor”).
Entry Period: The promotional period beings at 12:00:01 AM ET on June 23, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 23, 2010. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
How to Enter: Visit eureka.com/petcontest, is an official website of Eureka and follow the instruction to enter. The person who is interested will be required to (1) submit an official entry form and brief questionnaire, and (2) upload a video of no more than 30 (thirty) seconds that shows a pet interacting with a vacuum, with a brief caption of 100-150 words. Together, your form, video and caption constitute your Entry. The video must be no longer than 30 seconds and no larger than 4 MB, and must be in one of the following formats: MPEG, QuickTime, WMV or FLV.
Prizes: Five (5) Finalists will each receive a Eureka Pet Pal vacuum (model 3271AVZ) with an approximate retail value of $79.88, and a $50 Walmart gift card. Of the five Finalists, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $250 Walmart gift card in lieu of the $50 gift card, in addition to a Eureka Pet Pal vacuum (model 3271AVZ).
