Eligibility:
The Customers Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older.
Timing:
The Yum Customers Satisfaction Survey individual weekly Sweepstakes was started on Monday at 12:00am on June 1, 2004 and ending at 11:59pm on December 31, 2010. All eligible entries must be received by the end of the weekly Entry End Date.
Limit: One Telephone Entry, Internet Entry, Text Message Entry, or AMOE every six weeks, entries received in violation of the foregoing limitation shall be null, void and of no force or effect.
How to enter?
If you want to win a Yum Customers Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, then go to the official website and log on to www.opinionport.com/yum to register your opinions ONLY about Participating Restaurants and submit an entry via Telephone Entry, or Internet Entry methods, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Prizes:
Each weekly Sweepstakes winner will receive $1,000 in cash. (Total ARV: $1000)
Winner Selection:
Entry into the Sweepstakes only qualifies Entrants for the applicable weekly Sweepstakes drawing; it does not mean that you have won any prize. Participants entering via the Telephone Entry, or Internet Entry methods are given a date and time for their entry into the Sweepstakes based upon when they complete the survey and upon completion of the survey such participants will be informed whether they are finalist for the weekly Sweepstakes drawings.

Went to KFC on sept.27,2010 at Beards hill road Aberdeen MD.ordered the 10 piece w/ four extra pieces.which was a special. i wanted the grilled but of course they never have the grilled.it doesn’t matter what time your there.they never have enough grilled chicken. i was there at 16:37. i ended up with with all legs and thighs only. four grilled 10 crispy. we have went before to get grilled, and had to order it, then go home and come back to pick it up. don’t know if i’ll ever go back. here’s hoping a popeyes chicken will come to Aberdeen.
Today the KFC had grilled chicken ready. I did not have to wait 15 minutes for it. The service was great. The store is # L210110 and the time was at 12:10 PM. With the restaurants in Laredo you never know what you get from day to day.

I was at KFC on Oct 27 at noon. The drive thru took 7 min for me to pay and tne the cashier walked away before she gave me my order so I had to wait another couple of minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. The food was great but I will think again if I have to stop on my way to work. I will have to go some place else.
I have eaten at KFC throughout the west , and even in China, and the one in my home town is the worse. Every time I go there I sware I will never go back. It is run by a bunch of inapt, clueless teenagers with out supervision. Not a single order was filled properly while I was there, waiting approximately 20 minutes for my order. I would go to another KFC if there was one close.
The kfc in mt sterling ky has very courteous employees however the restaurant is old out-dated depressing and dirty.
The KFC in Council Bulffs, Ia was dirty, there wasn’t any chickne on the buffet, the dessert looked as if it had been sitting there for 2 days. The female employee was very rude and was saying she hoped no more customers came. How sad to think this is the society we live in. The store # G199049
I just left the KFC at 2429 E. Valley Pkwy in Escondido, CA. I was waited on by a very perky young lady named “Jamine”. She had a beautiful smile (not fake) and was so pleasant. She helped me choose the best combo/number for what I wanted to order, then when I mentioned we didn’t really want the drink, she said we could have another side instead. In all the years I have been going to KFC, no one has ever told me that before (when I mentioned we didn’t need the drink). Then another first, she read back my order clearly, not too fast. When I got home, to my amazement, everything I ordered was in the bag.
I would also like to mention that the KFC was (and is always) very clean. My feet don’t stick to the floor when I walk in and the tables/counters are always wiped clean. This shop is run very well!
