Eligibility: Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
Timing: The Spa Giveaway Sweepstakes begins December 28, 2009, and ends March 5, 2010. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm, E.T., on March 5, 2010.
How to Enter Ladies’ Home Journal Spa Giveaway Sweepstakes: Enter at www.LHJ.com/spagiveaway by submitting a completed online entry form. There is no cost to register or enter.
Limit: One entry per email address per day.
Prizes:
- Grand Prize: A 3-night spa weekend getaway for 2 at Canyon Ranch Spa in Lenox, MA or Tucson, AZ. Includes airfare, spa services, guided hikes and biking excursions, lectures, cooking demonstrations, and more, plus Canyon Ranch beauty products. ARV: $7,055.
- First Prize: $500 gift certificate to Bliss spas and $500 in Bliss beauty products. ARV: $1,000.
- Second Prize: A $500 gift certificate to Elizabeth Arden Red Door spas and $500 in Elizabeth Arden products. ARV: $1,000.
- Third Prize: $1,000 gift certificate from Spa Finder. ARV: $1,000.
- Forth prize: Prize pack of Aveda spa products. ARV: $1,000.

Why is so hard to get on the website for the spa give away? Why can’t you just put a simple form under the Heading of contest so you can sign in?

Can’t get the form to come-up to register for the spa get-away. Really would like to register on-line…suggestion?
If this is really a contest, why can’t we find the entry form? Please correct the site to include the entry form, or don’t advertise bogus contests in your magazine!
The website is not user friendly, and it does make one wonder if the contest is real when the entry form is not readily available. I did not find it. So much for entering my first LHJ contest.
