New Audi A3 Concept to be unveiled in Geneva Motor Show

German Automobiles manufacturer Company, Audi is going to unveil Audi A3 Concept in 81st Geneva Motor show which will held in the Swiss city of Geneva from 3rd to 13th March, 2011. It will unveil A3 Concept together with the model’s future styling direction. The upcoming Audi A3 concept is powered by 5-cylinder turbocharged engine which has a power output of 300 kW (408 hp).

It is a four door car posture similar to the bigger Mercedes-Benz CLS but in small size with a “nothback” rear profile. It is a little shorter compare to current A4 sedan and longer compare to five-door A3 Sportback. Seven-speed S-tronic double-clutch transmission and Quattro four-wheel-drive finish the powertrain. The dimension of the Audi A3 is 4.44 metre long, 1.84 metre wide and 1.39 metre high. It is expected to show Audi’s latest design language such as large, LED taillights, shield-shaped single-frame grille, and sharply sculpted crease besides the shoulder line. With a lower roofline and coupe-like C-pillars, it visually stands out from the existing model. Its turbocharged Five-cylinder engine connected with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system. Audi A3 Concept’s new and improved 408 HP 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine is already available in the current RS3 and TT RS models.
