i also got my 5233 an getting a problem to get it connected in my leaptop to access internet , I have windows 7 and nokia pc suite 7.1
i m using tata docomo and have also applied its access point in network connection.
everthing is in vain….
I think it needs Nokia Ovi suite , if you are connecting it using data cable….
I am also using Nokia 5233 with PC suite 7.1, and i am connecting using bluetooth on my desktop PC, ….
I am using windows7 ultimate and it works perfectly fine……….absolutely no problem

Phone is very much affordable as compared to its features , as it is a low cost touchscreen mobile ,include with all multimedia features inbuilt .The screen is quit broad which makes all the icons very clear and functioned effectively , it comes with the USB port and 3.5mm jack
As it’s manufactured by NOKIA it has a unique Operation system which makes it different from others so in my opinion would be an “IDEAL BUY “

Hey, I’ve used the phone 5233, ‘n with my shear surprise, the phone is absolutely owesome.
The Quality of snaps taken is simply fab.
& the quality of Video is great as well.
The touch screen is as good as a Feather touch.
Battery back is also superb
The only thing is its volume is just like a professional mobile phone, little slower but of course audible.
in a nut shell, a great phone, worth buying……
A nokia 5233 screen broke internally.
Is it under the guarantee cover?
If not, what would be cost for repairing it?
