Mammoth mountains– The ski resort of Southern California that has the longest operating season. The mammoth mountain is 3,100 feet high and the summit is about 11,053 feet. The ski resort offers various skill trails with a geographic area of about 3500 acres. Usually the resorts open until the first week of July. Prices vary by age, and there are a number of pass options for mid-week, all-season and non-holiday use. Select from one- to five-day lift tickets if you are not planning on frequenting Mammoth Mountain throughout the season.
