Irrational Fear of Losing Loved Ones

Life is a physical balance of gains and losses. But no one in this world is matured enough to meet the pain of missing their loved ones in just a glance. Though many unnatural ways paves way for the parting of our soul mates there is a very natural and a bitter thing in this world which no one could refuse or question rather than accepting it. Yes of course it is death, the fear of death.

“You’ll get over it”. But when you think over it can be called as a cliché of confusion. Because at any cause if you have got a feeling of love over a particular thing from the bottom of your heart you can’t get over it in anyways. It shatters your minds and takes you to the unexpected corners of life where you never wanted to be. Apart from death, there can’t be any other moral ways of separation that can be justified though it happens in some incidents legally by mutual co operation. With no exaggerations love can be called as the axis that makes this globe to revolve around. The matter is same, only the ways of expressions differ.

When pain strikes it’s unbearable to tolerate. A lot of memories and questions gushes into your minds . You feel that you would never be the same again. Even you forget to smile. But is it really a good thing when this sort of feeling overtakes you? And what happens when you get addicted and stick to these feelings alone. Well you just put a full stop by yourself considering that is to be the end of the chapter. Parting happens in all sorts of relationships regardless of age. Some of the reasons that makes this break is lack of trust, and failing to keep the promises. But these pains too can be transformed to pleasures from the way you tackle them.

“No problems arises without solutions. But the apt choice of remedy is left in our hands”. The basic step in building yourself in a best and bolder way is to have this mindset whenever you feel that you are dumped with grief. But in some incidents time itself becomes the ultimate medicine to heal the pain where there seems to be no other instant ways to choose.

Not only this but there are still more ways to cheer up. The most intelligent way of overcoming this fear is just to enjoy the present. This not only makes you happy but increases the quality of your life. So that when one day when you recall your memories there would be no bitter things left. Develop the habit of sharing your sorrows with the persons close to your heart. Because we know happiness is doubled and sorrows are halved when it is shared. Also try to clean up your mind. This clean up process can be done by involving or diverting yourself in social works that brings you personal satisfaction.

Whatever happens in life it has to go on. So keep on moving by believing yourself alone because of all the people you come across in life you are the one you will never lose.
